The enquiry journey sends an acknowledgement to the visitor and notifies Lewis, so both know the request has been received. Coaching plans, appointments and payments are agreed directly with him. The website does not take online bookings or payments.
That distinction matters: the next step should match how the business works, rather than imply an appointment is already confirmed.
